On 8 March 2022, on the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, the Seris Group company in the Central African Republic, POWERS SÉCURITÉ, organised a symbolic event.
12 women employees of the company, representing all the professions (manager, administrative agent, logistician, security driver, prevention and security agent, surface agent, ...) were selected to participate in a thematic day around the following topic: "traditions and equality" .
In total, 20% of POWERS SÉCURITÉ employees are women.
